Our mission
Our mission is to help people, entrepreneurs, businesses, organisations and communities navigate complexity, unlock opportunities, and build responsible multi-stakeholder partnerships that drive lasting social and environmental impact and shape what comes next. We democratise strategic foresight, share insights that matter and support cooperation and innovations that drive positive change.
Strategic foresight and futures research have long been the sacred knowledge of experts and academics. When some define the boundaries of what is possible, others simply live inside futures that were never theirs to shape. We believe that everyone, regardless of resources, circumstances, background or education, can explore futures, define which futures are possible and desirable, and create them.
That is why, alongside our client work, we develop and share open resources and tools so that young people, communities, grassroots innovators, and those often excluded can build futures literacy and the agency to explore and shape their own futures.
We believe futures belong to everyone, and all of us bear responsibility for them. When you work with us, you become part of this mission too.

Who we are
FUTX — the Centre for Futures and Technology Innovations, LLC — is registered in Ukraine and works with clients and partners worldwide.
FUTX was founded by Iryna Gerasymenko, an impact entrepreneur and consultant specialising in strategic foresight, business development, and ecosystem building, with over 15 years of experience working with UN agencies, governments, research centres, and businesses across the world.
