FUTX is a think tank, business and innovation support organisation, and knowledge platform oriented towards impact. We help people, entrepreneurs, SMEs, organisations and communities see more opportunities, act with greater confidence amid change, and achieve results that truly matter. Our mission is to help people, entrepreneurs, businesses, organisations and communities navigate complexity, unlock opportunities, and build responsible multi-stakeholder partnerships that drive lasting social and environmental impact and shape what comes next. We democratise strategic foresight, share insights that matter and support cooperation and innovations that drive positive change.
Strategic foresight and futures research have long been the sacred knowledge of experts and academics. When some define the boundaries of what is possible, others simply live inside futures that were never theirs to shape. We believe that everyone, regardless of resources, circumstances, background or education, can explore futures, define which futures are possible and desirable, and create them.
Alongside our client work, we share and develop open resources and tools so that young people, communities, grassroots innovators, and those often excluded can strengthen futures literacy and the agency to explore and shape their own futures. We believe futures belong to everyone, and all of us bear responsibility for them.
